At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
